"Return worked out, but slower than most"
I had a sizing issue and needed to return my order. Compared to other places I’ve returned things to, the process felt a bit less clear at the start, and the replies took longer than I expected. That said, they did eventually get it sorted and I got my refund, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

I ordered one thing and somehow got something totally different. It’s frustrating because the site made it seem like I’d be getting exactly what I picked, but that’s not what showed up at all. Definitely not the experience I expected

The communication was frustrating. I placed my order and then it felt like I just heard nothing for ages. I ended up having to email them again and again just to get a basic update, which was such a waste of time and energy. Even when they did reply, it was slow and didn’t really answer what I’d asked. I don’t mind waiting if someone keeps me in the loop, but being left guessing the whole time was really annoying. I wouldn’t use them again.

The print came out really blurry and the quality was terrible. I also had to chase them to get any kind of update, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I grabbed a couple of tees from theprintbarapparel.com they turned out nice. The fabric feels soft and not all thin or cheap, and the print still looked good after the first wash. One of the shirts fit a little smaller than I thought it would, but it’s still fine to wear. Overall I’m happy with them, probably better than some others I’ve ordered before, and I’d buy again

I ordered my usual size and it fit well overall, though it was a little loose around the waist. Not a huge deal because it’s still comfy and looks good on, but whoever runs this sizing info could be a bit more accurate. Took off one star for that.

"Slow replies and felt like I was being passed around"
Customer service was frustrating. It took forever to get a reply, and when someone finally did respond, it was just a short answer that didn’t actually solve anything. I also felt like I kept getting passed around instead of anyone taking ownership of the issue. Once they had my money, it really didn’t feel like they cared much anymore

I used theprintbarapparel.com to make a few shirts, the design part was way easier than I thought it would be. Uploading my logo was quick, and moving everything around on the shirt felt simple, not confusing or clunky.
I’m really not great with design stuff, so I liked being able to just mess around with it and see the changes right away. It only took me a few minutes to get it looking how I wanted, and I was Happy with how it turned out.
